About the Role: In this role, you'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure that every delivery meets our high standards. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers to confirm delivery details, resolving any issues that may arise, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. To be successful in this position, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries to meet customer expectations
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We Offer: At Carvana, we offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
