Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Operations Assistant to join our team at Westside Habitats. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our President & CEO, manage travel logistics and activities, and prepare analyses, reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President & CEO's schedule, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for senior executives.
  • Arrange travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
  • Provide administrative support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing systems and contacts databases.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Three or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Accounts Payable experience.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
