Anesthesiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at University Health Associates. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

• Administer anesthesia to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Monitor patients' physical responses to anesthesia and inform the anesthesiologist of any adverse conditions.
• Participate in pre-anesthetic evaluations, selecting anesthetic agents and techniques to ensure optimal patient care.
• Perform airway management, insertion of intravenous catheters, and other necessary procedures to maintain patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team, patients, and families to ensure seamless perioperative care.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and APRN (Nurse Anesthetist) in the State of West Virginia.
• Board Certification or Recertification by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

This position is located at the Fairmont Endo Center, working Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. No nights, weekends, holidays, or call are required.
