We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bakery Counter Lead. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with daily operations.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery counter, sales floor, and back room.
- Assist with daily operations, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Participate in on-going product and customer service training programs to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
