As a Specialist Salesperson for Meat, Sausage, Cheese, and Salads in Service, you will be responsible for:

  • Marketing and promoting fresh meat, cold cuts, fresh cheese, and self-service goods at the counter
  • Preparing and presenting specialty products
  • Stocking and replenishing the counter with a wide range of products
  • Creating visually appealing product displays to drive sales
  • Providing expert advice and exceptional customer service
  • Ordering and managing inventory of goods
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP (hygiene regulations) and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and range
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Being a team player and contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a specialist salesperson in the food trade with a focus on butchery, or as a butcher, or a completed vocational training in retail
  • Knowledge of HACCP (hygiene regulations)
  • Knowledge of the product range
  • Friendly demeanor and well-groomed appearance
  • High customer orientation
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
