Job Title: Senior Manager of Digital User Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Digital User Experience to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive business growth through optimized user experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our digital platforms, e-commerce website, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UX/UI Leadership: Guide the design, functionality, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms and e-commerce website, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experience.
  • E-Commerce Optimization: Lead the web editing team responsible for site updates, promotional content creation, and maintaining brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Customer Experience and Journey Optimization: Monitor and refine the end-to-end customer journey across multiple brands and platforms, ensuring a positive, consistent experience that aligns with business objectives.
  • Roadmap and Strategic Vision: Develop and manage a roadmap for site-related projects and UX/UI advancements, aligning with enterprise business goals and future-state initiatives.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of UX/UI designers and website editors, and collaborate with IT, developers, and external agencies as needed to guide them through iterative design processes for enhancing the user experience.

Requirements:

  • UX/UI Design Experience: Experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, and information architecture, with a strong track record in optimizing digital experiences to improve conversion and the customer experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to write clear and concise technical requirements and specifications for web development, proficiency in wireframe tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and strong skills in data analysis using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage external agencies.
  • E-Commerce, DTC Experience, and SEO: Experience with optimizing e-commerce platforms and managing enterprise technology stacks to support future development, familiarity with SEO best practices and their application in UX/UI design and content management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Marketing, Technology, Business, User Experience, Information Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital product management, UX/UI design, e-commerce management, digital brand management, information architecture, or a similar role, with some management experience.
  • Management, Leadership and Strategic Vision: Ability to lead and mentor a team, work with external agency resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive digital transformation, strong strategic thinking, with the ability to create and execute strategies for enhancing digital user experiences and guiding change management.
