Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lockbox Processor to join our team at Randstad. As a Lockbox Processor, you will be responsible for capturing and validating complex data, pre-adjudicating documents, and researching issues to ensure accurate information is available for next steps. If you have experience with Falcon/OPEX-7200 scanners and lockbox processing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and validate complex data
Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data
Research and examine issues to ensure accurate information
Conduct extra searches to extract accurate data and input the same
Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data
Follow up on pending research documents
Return electronic data forms to the customer for additional information

Requirements:

2 years of experience in a related field
High school education
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
