BC Forward is seeking a highly motivated Lockbox Processor to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to perform business support and technical work using data organizing and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with Falcon/OPEX-7200 scanners and lockbox processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks based on established procedures
  • Organize and coordinate data using analytical and operational processes
  • Apply experience and skills to complete assigned work
  • Work within established procedures and practices
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve company goals
Requirements:
  • OPEX-150 skills or mail room experience
  • Ability to problem solve without supervisory approval
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with a moderate degree of supervision
