Firefighter/Paramedic

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill the position of Firefighter/Paramedic. As a Firefighter/Paramedic, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing medical care, and fighting fires. You will also be required to maintain fire-fighting and paramedic equipment, participate in training sessions, and educate the community on fire safety.

• Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients
• Fight fires and perform fire suppression activities
• Maintain fire-fighting and paramedic equipment
• Participate in training sessions to maintain certifications
• Educate the community on fire safety and first aid procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Texas Commission on Fire Protection Firefighter (Structural) Certification
• Texas Department of State Health Services Paramedic Certification or License
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions

As a Firefighter/Paramedic, you will be required to work in a variety of environments, including emergency scenes, fire stations, and training facilities. You will be exposed to hazardous materials, extreme temperatures, and physical demands. You must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and the public.
