Job Overview

Salary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend all subcontractor agreements, conditions, and specific scopes of work.
  • Manage the receipt and distribution of Requests for Information (RFIs) related to assigned scopes, ensuring any modifications are communicated effectively.
  • Establish and oversee the project closeout process.
  • Document and circulate meeting minutes as instructed by the Project Manager.
  • Collaborate and maintain effective communication with trade partners through both written and verbal channels.
  • Work alongside the Superintendent to guarantee all tasks are executed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
  • Engage in learning construction methodologies and terminology from seasoned professionals.
  • Become the authority on all assigned scopes of work.
  • Monitor and adhere to project budgets, ensuring clarity on inclusions and exclusions.
  • Handle multiple projects and personnel as assigned, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with various tasks as needed, including procurement, billing, cost management, quality control, and change order pricing.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with field staff, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Navisworks, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, including overhead lifting.
  • Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to engage in various physical activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, and twisting.
  • Vision and hearing capabilities are necessary.
  • Ability to navigate permanent and temporary stairs and ladders in construction environments.

Additional Training/Certification:

  • Completion of CCI Annual General Construction Safety Training.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • OSHA 10 Certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time exempt position, which may require occasional evening and weekend work. The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000, depending on experience. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
