We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team at The Contractor Consultants. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, project requirements, and budget constraints.
• Create detailed design plans for roofing, remodeling, and construction projects, ensuring that they align with both the client's vision and industry standards.
• Utilize design software to produce high-quality 3D renderings, sketches, and layouts for client presentations.
• Work closely with the construction and project management teams to ensure design accuracy throughout project execution.
• Source and recommend materials, fixtures, and finishes that complement the design and project scope.
• Provide design expertise and creative solutions to meet project goals while maintaining functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary measurements and data.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the roofing, remodeling, and construction industries.
• Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

• 3+ years of experience in design, with a focus on roofing, remodeling, or construction projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of roofing, construction, and remodeling principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey design ideas to clients and team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and project managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site for design consultations and project evaluations.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics.
