Job Description

Plymouth Harborside Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our Plymouth Harborside Healthcare facility.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and caring LPN to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with various medical conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Valid LPN license in the state employed.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Prior skilled nursing experience preferred.
