Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hot Yoga Instructor and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading hot yoga classes, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hot yoga classes that align with our studio's philosophy and high standards of practice.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all levels.
  • Provide safe and effective instruction, including modifications for various abilities and needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, offering encouragement, guidance, and support.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during sessions by monitoring the class environment.
  • Maintain the studio's atmosphere by following cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Assist with student check-ins, answer questions, and help with studio tasks as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest yoga techniques and trends to keep classes innovative and fresh.
  • Represent the studio's core values and mission in every interaction with students and staff.
  • Support the overall community atmosphere, including participating in occasional events or workshops.
Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and members.
  • Previous management experience in the health & fitness industry strongly recommended.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns.
  • Previous experience as a coach or instructor, preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification or to be obtained within three months of start date.
  • Excellent time management skills; must be able to manage many tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong computer skills required with knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment.
  • Health & Fitness minded people with a passion for fitness strongly preferred.
Compensation

$30k per year + bonuses + room for growth
