Director of Hospitality Operations

At Spirit Investors, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Hospitality Operations to lead our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of directing multi-unit Food & Beverage operations with $2-5 million in annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hospitality operations and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and direct a high-performing team, providing mentorship and development opportunities for managers and supervisors.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver high-level employee training and development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including distributors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage new hospitality initiatives and improvement projects, ensuring successful and repeatable operations.
- Provide timely analysis and reporting on industry trends, market changes, pricing, and competitive factors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor written policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- At least 5 years of experience directing multi-unit Food & Beverage operations with $2-5 million in annual revenue.
- Progressive career advancement within a mix of entrepreneurial and corporate environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with an entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the distilling and/or brewing industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing weddings and private events is a plus.
