Director of Hospitality Operations

At Spirits Investment Partners, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Hospitality Operations to lead our hospitality team. This role is critical in creating authentic, one-of-a-kind experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, cost management, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement scalable systems to ensure successful and repeatable hospitality operations.
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including quality control, operational efficiencies, and partnerships with distributors, vendors, and other key partners.
- Manage new hospitality initiatives and improvement projects.
- Provide timely analysis and reporting on industry trends, market changes, pricing, and competitive factors.
- Collaborate with leadership team to deliver high-level employee training and development.
- Develop, implement, and monitor written policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- At least 5 years of proven experience directing multi-unit Food & Beverage operations with $2-5 million in annual revenue.
- Progressive career advancement within a mix of entrepreneurial and corporate environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with an entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the distilling and/or brewing industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing weddings and private events is a plus.
