Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Manager to join our Robotics Surgical Technologies business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and verification of our robotic-assisted surgery platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the software verification strategy for our robotic-assisted surgery platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software releases
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to software test teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software verification and testing
  • Expert knowledge of medical product verification, IEC-62304, and FDA guidance
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
