Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Verification Manager to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our Medical Surgical Operating Unit, you will play a critical role in developing and executing software verification strategies for our Robotic Assisted Surgery platform.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement software verification strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Lead and manage a team of software verification engineers to execute test plans and ensure high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software verification needs
  • Develop and maintain software test automation frameworks to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to software verification engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software verification, with a strong background in medical device software development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of software verification techniques, including test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Experience with software test automation frameworks and tools
