Key Responsibilities
  • Image and Media Management: Utilize in-house software to compress intraoperative medical images and video clips according to a clinical protocol.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support when necessary to clinics, ensuring seamless data management and quality control.
  • Case Reporting: Create a case report for each surgical case, documenting key findings and outcomes.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Acquire data from clinical sites to analyze data quality, verifying surgical image and video quality during and post-surgical cases.
  • Quality Control: Identify when data quality is not met according to protocol standards and provide immediate feedback to the internal team to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Travel and Collaboration: Travel to clinical sites 50% when on-site support is needed, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues related to data quality.
  • Data Organization and Archival: Focus on image and media files, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Additional Responsibilities: May support other areas of clinical development when required, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
Requirements
  • Education: B.S. degree or 1-3 years of related experience within a clinical setting.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of human anatomy, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Video Players (e.g., VLC and Adobe Pro).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a GDP environment and any clinical trial experience.
