Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse Neuro Trauma PRN position at Swedish Medical Center offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the neurotrauma unit, utilizing advanced knowledge and skills to address the complex needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in neurotrauma care and evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
