Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Operation PAR's Medication Assisted Patient Services (MAPS) program in Sarasota, Florida.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient, substance abuse setting.
  • Conduct nursing assessments, patient evaluations, and screenings.
  • Dispense medications and provide health care education to patients.
  • Collaborate with the program physician and other treatment team members to coordinate patient care.

Work Schedule:

Early morning day shift hours, including Saturday and Sunday, and one weekday.

Compensation:

$25 per hour for Saturday and Sunday (10 hours) and $24 per hour for weekdays.

Requirements:

  • Florida Nursing License.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License.
  • Pass a level II background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency required.

Work Environment:

Office and treatment program environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
