Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Support patients with their emotional and spiritual needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Massachusetts
- Experience working with hospice patients
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Background check and ability to provide professional references
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Competitive hourly rate of $21.00
- Part-time schedule with opportunities for flexible hours
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution
- Standard shift: Day shift
- Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
