Visiting Nurse & Community Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospice care team. As a Hospice Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Support patients with their emotional and spiritual needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Massachusetts
  • Experience working with hospice patients
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Background check and ability to provide professional references
  • Ability to speak and understand English
