ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a highly skilled Work Clearance Permit Specialist to support our operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Work Clearance Request Process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Work Clearance Request Process Management: Attend pre-construction meetings, brief the Work Clearance Request Process, and provide necessary documentation to requestors.
- Documentation and Tracking: Receive and process AF Form 103, assign tracking numbers, and maintain electronic files.
- Utility Mapping and Coordination: Generate site utility maps, communicate with Coordinating Agencies for approval, and monitor status of outstanding work clearance requests.
- Customer Communication: Notify requestors of Work Clearance Request status and perform routine and emergency drafting requirements.
- Qualification Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent, minimum one year of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe software suites, and three months of experience with CAD, GIS, or graphic design software.
- Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in applied science (Architectural/Engineering Drafting Technology) and completion of ESRI Certified Introduction and Intermediate training in ArcGIS.
