Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:

The selected professional will be part of a dynamic team comprising multiple physicians and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs). Responsibilities include:

  • Administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Orthopedic, Pediatric, and Obstetric cases.
  • Providing oversight and support to CRNAs during anesthesia administration.
  • Participating in a structured call rotation to ensure comprehensive coverage for cardiac surgeries.
  • Engaging in general anesthesia cases when cardiac procedures are not scheduled.

Practice Environment:

This role is based in a hospital setting, with opportunities to work in an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) as needed. The facility is equipped with advanced technology and a robust surgical team.


Patient Demographics:

The candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, ensuring high-quality care across all age groups.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Cardiac Fellowship and TEE certification.
