We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and establishing treatment plans for patients referred to Physical Therapy.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct physical therapy sessions and provide education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state licensure and certification in CPR
- Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
