Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily activities, including health and personal management, achieving personal goals, recreation, and daily household living.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program individuals.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to improve functioning and minimize interfering behaviors.
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour during sleep hours and $22.34 per hour when in ratio (commensurate with education and experience).
- A comprehensive benefits package, including paid orientation and access to the Savi Student Loan Checkup tool.
- The opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.
- A High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree with 1 year of related experience.
