Job Summary

The Field Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all necessary and ongoing maintenance of the car wash systems and technology. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, maintaining facility appearance, and managing project costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and repair car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of car wash chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Monitor and control costs related to utilities, chemical use, parts use, and building and grounds maintenance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance employees and store management.
  • Assist store management in workplace safety, chemical application, parts and supply inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain building and grounds, including landscaping and facility appearance.
Requirements
  • Degree in a technical field or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance-related field.
  • Electrical experience, including motor control and three-phase power systems, is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven electrical experience with low and high voltage systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Computer proficiency.
Work Environment

Work will be performed outdoors year-round, with exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and physical demands.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English for business purposes.
