Job Title: Flight Instructor

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing industry-leading, learner-centric flight training to Cirrus customers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight training to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality flight training to Cirrus customers
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet customer needs
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance checks on aircraft
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in aviation and Cirrus aircraft
Requirements:
  • Current FAA Flight Instructor Certificate
  • Hold FAA Pilot Certificate
  • Current Second-class Airman Medical Certificate or higher
  • IFR in congested airspace, mountain flying, extensive IMC, international flight, and night experience preferred
  • 1000 total instruction hours or 750 Cirrus instruction hours required
  • SF50 Type Rating Preferred
  • ATP Certificate Preferred
