About the Role:

Lakeview NeuroRehabilitation is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a patient care specialist, you will provide essential support and treatment to patients in our hospital and CBRF settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and treatment to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Participate in the rehabilitation program, helping patients achieve their highest level of healing and functional independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education, assistance, supervision, safety, and behavior management for patients.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant course and certification.
  • High school graduate preferred.
  • Maintain a current certification by the State of WI as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Preferred one-year experience working with an acute population.
