CEMEX is seeking a Ready Mix Truck Driver to join our team. As a Ready Mix Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix truck, delivering concrete to various work sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely drive the truck to and from destinations, adhering to DOT regulations and area road knowledge.
  • Check loads to ensure safe and efficient product transportation.
  • Estimate slump of concrete and distinguish between proper mixes and those that are too rocky or sandy.
  • Verify delivery instructions with plant personnel before leaving the plant.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams to maximize opportunities for CEMEX.
Working Conditions
  • Continuous exposure to extreme heat, cold, noise, and outdoor working conditions.
  • Must wear protective equipment while at work sites.
Requirements
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A or B).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Acceptable CSA record.
  • No DUIs or DWIs in the last 5 years, no more than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive pay: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
