Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Manager to join our team at Weill Cornell Medicine. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will be responsible for directing and executing clinical quality improvement projects to achieve goals in patient safety and clinical quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure quantifiable improvement.
  • Analyze quality data and provide insights to physicians and clinicians on the impact of quality initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on quality metrics and progress.
  • Coordinate projects to minimize duplication of efforts and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage the schedule of projects and track issues to ensure resolution.
  • Develop and maintain databases related to quality initiatives.
  • Provide educational support and communication on clinical quality improvement and accreditation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current NYS RN licensure with approximately 5 years of RN experience.
  • Experience as an RN in an academic hospital setting preferred.
  • 2+ years of project management experience in clinical quality program coordination.
