As a Respiratory Therapist at Prime Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care, taking into account age and population-specific needs.
- May be assigned as Lead RCP in the absence of a supervisor, responsible for the section or department during their shift.
- State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.
- 2 years experience as an RCP preferred.
- ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- NRP certificate preferred.
- PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $25.05 to $39.34, with the exact starting compensation determined at the time of hire based on a range of factors, including skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
