Promotive, a family-owned automotive service provider, is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician with over 7 years of hands-on experience. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and employing well-trained, ASE certified mechanics, we ensure that our technicians are equipped to service all makes and models effectively. Our consistent year-over-year sales growth guarantees a promising financial future for our team members.

Technician Qualifications:

  • Extensive diagnostic experience (5+ years)
  • Diesel diagnostic and repair experience required (5+ years)
  • Ability to accurately diagnose customer concerns and document solutions with clarity
  • Conduct vehicle health assessments and recommend necessary repairs
  • Efficiently perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including diesel engines and transmissions
  • Ensure all repairs effectively resolve customer concerns
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status, required parts, and labor
  • Maintain respect for customer vehicles
  • Ensure vehicles leave in a better condition than upon arrival
  • Exhibit a positive attitude in the workplace
  • Assist team members with various tasks as needed
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training, both online and in-person
  • If not ASE certified, must be prepared to take ASE tests and achieve ASE Master Tech status (minimum of five certifications)
