We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families during a challenging time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulation, and toileting
  • Help maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • CPR certification
