Right At School Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Right At School. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents, and other observations
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audiences, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability

Requirements:

  • Proof of High school diploma/GED required
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, proof of MMR, and Food Handlers Card
