Job DescriptionThis role offers a competitive salary of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of store operations and a proven track record of leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
In this role, you will oversee the total store operations in the absence of store management, working closely with team members to achieve a favorable customer shopping experience. You will also be responsible for driving sales, managing labor and supply costs, and maintaining consistent store operations.
Your responsibilities will include leading teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operating initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities in the store, developing timely solutions, and creating action plans for implementation.
You will also be responsible for managing inventory and stocking conditions, ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand. Your physical demands will include standing and walking 100% of the time, lifting an average of 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, bending, twisting/turning, manual dexterity, and repetitive motion of hands/wrists.
