- Document medication administration and resident care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs).
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident-centered care and promote a positive living environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration.
- Report any concerns or issues related to resident care or medication administration to the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills in medication administration and resident care.
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
