Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Eden Senior Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs of our residents, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in geriatric care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
