We are a dynamic and growing Salesforce consulting partner dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive business transformation. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Alliance Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and drive the success of our partnership.

The role is pivotal in aligning our go-to-market strategy, enhancing brand recognition, driving lead generation, and deepening channel relationships to position Madison Ave Consulting as a leading Salesforce Consulting Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce representatives by actively participating in networking events, casual gatherings, and collaborative sessions to foster trust and alignment.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and drive qualified leads through the Salesforce ecosystem, collaborating closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into measurable revenue.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work effectively with Salesforce teams to align on mutual goals, ensuring Madison Ave Consulting is positioned as a trusted and preferred partner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have proven experience in alliance management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently represent organizational success to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce solutions, products, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem

About Us:

Madison Ave Consulting offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, company-paid holidays, a company laptop and equipment stipend, access to FSAs, full access to our NYC office, and access to a 401(k) program.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $150,000 - $180,000 per year, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 and variable incentive pay of $30,000 - $50,000.
