Earning Potential

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of $125,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Repair and refinish panels with rock chips, scratches, small dents, painting imperfections, and buffing using high-quality equipment and techniques.
• Collaborate closely with managers and other technicians to ensure timely completion of work assignments.
• Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning and degreasing surfaces.
• Ensure accurate color matching by understanding color correction principles and applying them effectively.
• Sand and buff surfaces using power tools and hand tools to achieve a flawless finish.
• Prepare paint booths and specific vehicles for optimal results.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in auto body painting is required.
• Strong knowledge of color corrections and the ability to achieve precise color matches.
• A self-motivated individual with a drive to deliver exceptional results.
• The ability to provide own tools.
• A focus on delivering high-quality work and maintaining a reliable work history.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
