Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master Level Case Manager to join our team at BJC Behavioral Health. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will play a vital role in providing case management services to individuals living with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities
  • Assess service delivery needs of clients to determine level of functioning, resources, and needed services.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Authorize, coordinate, monitor, and adjust services with contract providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community resources to provide clients with access to necessary services.
  • Use American Sign Language (ASL) to communicate with deaf and hard-of-hearing clients.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a Human Services field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
  • Less than 2 years of experience in case management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in case management or a related field.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Deaf culture and ASL.
