We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless interactions between guests and our Hair Color Bar team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests about Madison Reed products and services, and promoting our brand values.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
- Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services, and promoting our unlimited roots memberships, subscriptions, and home hair care products.
- Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems and adapting to new technology.
