Responsibilities
  • Performance Testing
    • Develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using Load Runner and JMeter.
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to define and implement comprehensive performance test strategies.
    • Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure product performance and scalability.
    • Perform load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing as needed.
  • Agile Development
    • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Documentation and Learning
    • Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test results, and testing processes.
    • Continuously learn and apply new performance testing technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in performance testing using Load Runner and JMeter.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency in Load Runner, JMeter, and other relevant performance testing tools.
    • Strong understanding of performance testing principles and best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality performance test solutions on time.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
