Early Childhood Speech Pathologist

Position Overview:
This role is focused on providing essential speech and language support within an educational setting for preschool-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech and language interventions tailored to the needs of young students.
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate communication skills and hearing capabilities.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive reports on communicative progress.
  • Collect and analyze data related to speech and language objectives.
  • Track and report on student development and achievements.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop quality multi-factored evaluations (MFE) and individualized education programs (IEP) as necessary.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Valid certification or license in Speech Pathology from the relevant educational authority.
  • Successful completion of all required pre-employment evaluations.
  • Alternative qualifications may be considered based on Board discretion.
Compensation: Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
