Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical SETA Lead for Advanced Hardware Systems to join our team at Blue Sky Innovators Inc. As a Technical SETA Lead, you'll be responsible for assisting the Government Program Manager in executing multiple advanced hardware technology development programs, leading programmatic and technical discussions, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

You'll also guide the engineering development of modern hardware systems, provide expertise to the Government Program Manager, and integrate program activities with the Program Manager and other team members.

Requirements:
- Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance
- Eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAPs)
- Full-scope polygraph examination
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- BS Degree required with a preference for technical acumen or programmatic leadership

Salary: Estimated annual salary range: $160,000 - $220,000 depending on location and experience.

This is a full-time position requiring regular on-site presence at the customer site.
