Career Opportunity Overview:
As a Senior Care Assistant:
You will deliver personal care and services to residents based on their individual needs, personalized service plans, and the principles of supportive, resident-focused care.
Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom assistance, light housekeeping, and facilitating both group and individual activities.
Documentation of care will be conducted through electronic charting.
You will communicate with residents to address their needs effectively.
Job Requirements:
Lifting, pushing, and pulling weights up to 50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Frequent standing and walking are essential.
Availability to work on weekends and holidays as per scheduling.

A minimum of one year of experience in senior care or current CNA certification, ideally in a long-term care setting.
