Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Supplier, Strategic Partnerships, and Operations Technology (SPOT) team, with a specific focus on the Central Invoicing Team (CIT).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and enhancement of the Central Invoicing Team.
- Collaborate with technology teams to generate purchase orders (POs) and ensure that invoicing is executed accurately and promptly.
- Analyze time and material data linked to all authorized POs against their corresponding invoices. Identify, rectify, and communicate any inconsistencies to both business and finance teams.
- Reconcile PO line items with vendor invoices to guarantee accurate coding and alignment of all information prior to submission.
- Document CIT processes and methodologies, contributing to the establishment of new procedures as necessary.
- Support leadership by reporting and escalating issues in a timely manner.
- Engage with team members and cross-functional partners at all organizational levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP and Coupa.
- Proven experience with Coupa implementation.
- Familiarity with POs and invoicing processes.
