Job Summary

We're seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at our Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania location.

As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in implementing our curriculum, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.

Responsibilities
  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow
  • Partner with parents to understand their child's needs and develop a personalized learning plan
  • Support the center's success by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
