Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active licensure in the State of Kentucky as a Physical Therapist.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Environment

Our Physical Therapist will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.

Physical Demands
  • Occasional lifting and moving of patients and equipment.
