Position Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for our client, located in Ashland, MA. The successful candidate will develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans during 40-minute sessions for evaluations and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute individualized physical therapy plans during 40-minute sessions for evaluations and treatments.
  • Manage a schedule of 56 patient slots per week, totaling approximately 37.5 treatment hours.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk and engage with the local community through marketing events.
  • Complete required documentation and conduct chart reviews as necessary.
  • Fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain professional licensure in Massachusetts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy required.
  • Active physical therapy license in good standing in the Commonwealth of MA.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics physical therapy setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
