About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pre-Need Funeral Sales Professional to join our team at Funeral Directors Life. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping families plan ahead for their funeral wishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with families in your community to discuss their funeral planning needs
  • Walk clients through the process of planning ahead for their funeral wishes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Work closely with our sales management team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • GEORGIA Life Insurance License (Highly Preferred)
  • Funeral Industry experience (Highly Preferred)
  • Funeral Director License (Highly Preferred)
  • Highly ethical approach to sales
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Comfortable working with user-friendly sales software and CRM software
  • Able to collaborate with others and work as part of a team
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Creative and innovative – someone who will take initiative and ownership in their role
  • Valid driver's license
